The Times worded this well in 2006:

At the time we were working with Brunel University to develop a framework in which we could structure customer experience consulting. This model is the foundation for our work today.

Sometimes we work together with the retailer or brand to develop more daring and groundbreaking solutions. Often we combine our thinking and come up with ideas that seem too far outside the box. We then bring them back to simple business basics which either increase sales or reduce costs. Again we often use existing components and build a solution that is so innovative, yet simple, we wonder why nobody else thought of it!
